But our responsibility does not end there.

If something goes wrong, we step in.

If a product fails, arrives damaged, or does not meet the standard you expect, we will work directly with the brand and with you to make it right. That may mean a replacement, a repair, or a refund. We will not pass you around or leave you to figure it out on your own.

We have chosen every brand on this platform intentionally. That means we take responsibility for the experience that comes with it.
