The Passport Notebook Wallet – Firehose Edition is purpose-built around the exact size of a standard U.S. passport (6" x 4.5" when folded), combining rugged firehose construction with versatile storage for everything else you need on the move.

Made from decommissioned polyester fire hose, edged with military-grade 1" nylon webbing, and sewn with size 90 nylon thread (15 lb. breaking strength), this cover is designed to take a beating and keep going. Inside, a sleek XPac liner and three sleeve pockets give you space for cards, cash, tickets, or travel notes. A 0.5" elastic strap keeps it all secure while you’re on the move.

This isn’t just a passport holder — it’s a mission-ready travel essential, handmade in the USA from materials that once served on the fireline.
